Includes 15 delicious meals: 5 Breakfasts, 5 Lunches and 5 Dinners.

Standard meals provide a nutritious 1000-1200 calories per day, or Double the Protein for power-packed meals at 1300-1500 calories per day.

Our meals include seafood at no additional cost, but you're free to exclude it.

Excellent meals AND customer service!

Cannot brag on Crush Meals enough! The flavor of the food is amazing. The portions are perfect. I had a hiccup with my order (due to shipping company) and Crush Meals QUICKLY resolved it.
