Our team ensures prompt delivery of your meals right to your doorstep. We offer affordable local delivery as well as nation wide delivery We utilize local delivery drivers to ensure timely and secure delivery and UPS for nation-wide delivery.

Where do you ship locally?

We delivery locally in New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Harahan, and River-Ridge for only $7!

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes! You can pick up your order at one of our locations 1524 Edwards Ave. Ste 3 Harahan, La.

I forgot to skip my order, and now it's Processing! What can I do?

If it hasn’t shipped yet, contact us and we’ll see how we can accommodate your request.

When will my meals arrive?

Expect your meals to arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday for shipping and Sunday or Monday for local delivery. Our delivery team strives to maintain consistency in delivery times.

Do my meals require any preparation before I can eat them?

Our meals are pre-prepared and ready to eat upon delivery, requiring minimal to no preparation. Heat and serve. 

How do the meals stay fresh during shipping?

We use state-of-the-art packaging and refrigeration techniques to ensure the freshness and quality of your meals during transit.

How long will my food stay fresh?

Our meals are designed to maintain freshness for up to five days and then freeze (see label recommendations). Proper storage upon delivery extends the shelf life of your meals.

How are the meals packaged?

Our meals are meticulously packaged using insulated containers and cooling packs to maintain optimal freshness during transportation.

Billing & Payments

When will I be billed?

Billing occurs every Tuesday at midnight, prior to each delivery to ensure a seamless transaction process.

How do I purchase an e-gift card? How does it work?

Purchasing an e-gift card is simple, simply click here and place your order. The recipient can then redeem the e-gift card for purchases on our platform.
